Never before have we experienced events and challenges that schools, leaders, teachers, parents and pupils have faced over the last 12 months. However, despite these challenges much has been achieved.
The Learning and Education Strategy looks back at many of these achievements as well as setting out the direction of travel as we emerge from the pandemic. The strategy builds upon the already great and successful relationships within the schools community in Middlesbrough by putting collaboration at its centre meaning that No child or school will be left behind as well as ensuring that every child and young person in Middlesbrough has equal access to high quality education that increases and improves life chances, through achievement of the best possible outcomes at every stage of their learning journey and beyond.
